Free Standard shipping for orders over $150

Note: Our Candles are made to order, so please allow 10-14 business days for delivery within Australia

- Longer shipping times may occur during the Christmas season / sale season

Returns & Refunds

Please note that our candles are made by hand and will vary in appearance and colour.

We have a 14-day return policy, to be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 

Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for damaged items. If you would like to exchange your candle please contact first.

Damaged Stock

Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of the our candles, stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling if dropped in transit, please email us at hello@studiobillie.com.au and we are more than happy for you to return the damaged stock for a replacement candle.

Processing
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
